The "exterior" looks nice, but the texture is ermmm... ermmmm... somehow jelly-fied and sticky-fied?
Darn... should have used corn flour instead of glutinous flour! Stupid recipe giving misguided ingredients!
The bright side for today's cooking sp;ree is that at least my Tong Yun tasted nice. BUT bloody Tong Yun is fool-proof and anybody can make it! :(
Well, smart people prepare for emergencies and surprises. So at least I can consider myself smart for buying an extra can of coconut milk to make Kuih Talam for tomorrow?
