The year 2010 practically just flew past me.
Counted down for 2010 in Brizzy, Celebrated CNY in Brizzy... back to Malaysia, started working, celebrated birthday, Christmas and now another countdown for a New Year ahead in Malaysia.
Time flies is all I can say.
I gained and lost a lot this year.
The decision to come back is a lost in many ways. I lost the "homey", "domesticated" Ida that wants a simple, easy going life with work life balance.
Yet in a way, by coming back I gained new friendships, new experiences, found the old me that wants a career and make something out of myself. There is no work life balance here, but more of a busy lifestyle that requires constant energy.
Who knows if I gained more or loose more this year? Life is not a matter of loosing or gaining, it is the experiences that comes with it.
I had a lot of whole new experiences this year, and I hope I will have more in years to come! :)
