中秋节快乐!!
Mooncake in Brisbane is so expensive one piece is $7.50(*3=RM22). Imagine RM22 for just one piece of mooncake without YOLK! Miss mummy's mooncake so much... yummy and not extremely expensive.Every year mummy will be baking hard to meet all the orders from family and friends for her yummy mooncakes, and i'll be mummy's little helper, taking the chance to learn how to make mooncake. But that was so many years ago, and I miss those days so much...
When I was VERY young, mummy and daddy will buy pretty cute lanterns for Ian-nie, sis and me to play with during this festival. We will walk aimlessly around the garden, playing with the lanterns and feeding the Mosquitoes.
Now the older we grow the less chance the family can get together, with sis in Sydney, me in Brisbane and mummy, daddy and Ian-nie in Malaysia, those old happy times where we celebrate Mid Autumn Festival with nice smelling home made mooncakes and beautiful lanterns are long gone. And I only have vague memories of those days...

It is so good to be young...
But I still had a warm Mid Autumn Festival this year, thanks to Ray's nice nice porridge and Micheal's mooncake! :)
